首都机场开始执行国内航班禁止携带液态物品新规定
The New Regulation of Prohibiting Carry-On Liquid on China Domestic Flights Was Executed by the Capital International Airport
首都机场已从2008年3月14日起，开始执行民航总局《关于禁止旅客携带液态物品乘坐国内航班的公告》。首都机场提醒乘坐航班出行的旅客，关注公告要求，做好出行准备。首都机场为确保旅客候机饮用水的需要，将在航站楼内提供免费的饮用水。
Effective from 14Mar, 2008, the new regulation by CAAC of 《Prohibit Carry-On Liquid on China Domestic Flights》was executed by the Capital International Airport. The airport reminded passengers paying attention to the new regulation and fully prepared for travel. To meet the passengers’ needs of drinking, the Capital International Airport provides water free of charge in the terminals.

1.乘坐国内航班的旅客一律禁止随身携带液态物品，但可办理托运，其包装应符合民航运输有关规定。
The passengers who fly China domestic flights are forbidden to take any carry-on liquid, but check-in is allowed, but the packing should meet the relevant regulations of CAAC
2.旅客携带少量旅行自用的化妆品，每种化妆品限带一件，其容器容积不超过100毫升，并应置于独立袋内，接受开瓶检查.来自境外需在中国境内机场转乘国内航班的旅客，其携带入境的免税液态物品应置于袋体完好无损且封口的透明塑料袋中，并须出示购物凭证，经安全检查确认无疑后方可携带。
The passengers may take few own-used cosmetic, but just can take one of each kind and the cubage can not over 100 milliliter, and should be put into a separate bag for easy examination. The foreign passengers from outside China who transfer in Chinese airport to fly China domestic flights must put their duty-free liquid in an intact sealed, transparent plastic bag and must show the receipt. The passengers can take the liquid on board only when finish the security check.
3.有婴儿随行的旅客，购票时可向航空公司申请，由航空公司在机上免费提供液态乳制品；糖尿病患者或其他患者携带必需的液态药品，经安全检查确认无疑后，交由机组保管。
The passengers who fly with a baby should express clearly to the airlines when buying tickets, the airlines will provide free liquid milk product. The liquid medicines using by the diabetics or other patients must pass the security check, and then kept by the cabin crew.
4.首都机场提醒乘坐国内航班出行的旅客，出行前按上述要求提前做好准备工作，乘坐国际航班的旅客至少提前4小时到达机场，乘坐国内航班的旅客至少提前3个半小时到达机场，以免延误行程。
According to the above new regulations, the airport reminded passengers to be fully prepared in advance, and to be at the airport at least 4 hours prior to departure for international flights, 3 and half hours prior to departure for the domestic flights to avoid any delay.
